My name is Woojung Lee. I'm a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia University.
My passion lies in investigating the properties and behaviors of matter at the molecular level, and I pursue this by designing single-molecule circuits, where two electrodes are linked through a molecule. Through analyzing the electronic conduction and bonding properties of these circuits, I gain a precise understanding of their structure, potentially suggesting novel functional single-molecule devices. Ultimately, my research aims to drive groundbreaking technological advances in areas such as computing, energy, and medicine.Â
